Captures all the different charges for all the jobs coming out of QMS.

| cost_currency | Currency for cost values |
| sale_min_cost | Minimum sell-side cost |
| sale_rate | Sell-side rate applied |
| sell_value | Calculated sell-side revenue value |
| sell_currency | Currency for sell values |
| business_type | Business classification (e.g. LINEHAUL, undefined) |
| iata_code | Optional IATA code for the charge line |
